“A Little While”
“A Little While…” is a series I hope to keep growing—born from the quiet, in-between moments I’m lucky enough to witness as a nanny. It’s rooted in my love for the everyday rhythms of family and community, the small moments that so often pass unnoticed but carry the most meaning.

Last summer in Brooklyn, I spent my days with Erno (4) and Uli (2), moving through the city at their pace—wandering the Coney Island Aquarium, building forts in Prospect Park, getting lost among books at the library. I wanted to document them as they were, fully themselves. We made the work together: I showed them how to use the camera, then watched as they turned it on each other and the world around them. In the end, we didn’t just record moments—we held onto a little piece of time, a Little While with Erno and Uli.
